MyVRSpot, LLC operates the MyVSpot Video Management Solution, MyVRSpot Live Broadcasting Solution, and MyVRSpot Closed Captioning Solution, from various sub-domains at www.myvrspot.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive, if any, from Users of the site/service.
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the service. The only information we collect, if so provided by the customer, is used as part of the ongoing service. The only required information is a User Name and Password. Additional information may be provided, such as a users email address and full name. Any information provided to MyVRSpot should only be provided in accordance with your organizations own data security policy. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of this information in accordance with this policy.
MyVRSpot does not share any collected information with any un-affiliated third party, nor does it sell or otherwise make available, collected information of any User.
Information Collection And Use
While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name (“Personal Information”) and email address. This information is not required to use the Site, though may help enhance the overall User experience.
Access to Collected Information
All MyVRSpot employees have access to each Users user name and provided full name and email address. Employees do not have access to any User passwords. All passwords for end users are stored in an encrypted manner, and cannot be viewed by any MyVRSpot staff.
Where is Customer Data Stored
MyVRSpot utilizes AWS (Amazon Web Services) for all of its data storage, for all customers regardless of their User access level.Β All data is stored at the AWS US East Regional Datacenter in Virginia.
Data Protection
As per AWS’s Data Privacy Policy, AWS has developed a security assurance program that uses best practices for global privacy and data protection to help MyVRSpot operate securely within AWS, and to make the best use of our security control environment. These security protections and control processes are independently validated by multiple third-party independent assessments.
Log Data
Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”).
This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this data.
Communications
We may use your Personal Information to contact adult Users with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that to assist with the ongoing usage of the Site.
MyVRSpot has automated email notifications that can be toggled ON and OFF by end users. Any User can opt out of these notifications, and these notifications are only sent to Users with a valid email address.
