Different access levels impart certain restrictions or privileges to the account holder and you can read more about them here. Only accounts with the access level of School Administrator or District Administrator can update an account’s access level of Teacher, User Plus, or Student.* To change a user’s access level, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Login to your MyVRSpot account and click the Admin dropdown on the top-right of your MyVRSpot home page.
Step 2: Now, click All Users, which will show you a list of all of the users in your district.
Step 3: Click on the edit icon (pencil) to the right of the user’s name that you want to update.
Step 4: Change the Usertype field and click Update.
*The Student access level restricts the ability for students to share media until the video has been approved by any person in their school with a Teacher access level or higher.
