Use the Internal Share URL to share a media item to only people with a MyVideoSpot login in your school district.
For example, if you want to share a media item to teachers or students in your district, you can use the Internal Sharing URL for your media item. When you share the Internal Sharing URL, it requires the person who clicks on the URL to log into their account to view the media.

Follow these steps to share a media item within your district:
Step 1: Change the Viewing Permission Level of your media item if needed.
Step 2: Click on the thumbnail of the video to go to the media player page. Move down to the Share Bar, and click on the Link/Embed button.
Step 3: Copy and paste the Internal Sharing URL into your method of sharing media.
